Shipping

We use either standard Royal Mail parcel service or business post couriers, depending on the weight of your order. Parcels under 1kg in weight are charged at £3.95 and sent via Royal Mail first class service which aims for (but does not guarantee) a next day delivery service. PArcels between 1 and 2kg in weight are charged at £4.95. Over 2kg and we charge £6.95 and use the courier service, which should take one to two days.

International orders are sent by airmail where available and attract a minimum charge of £5 plus £5 per kg. Please select the "International - EU" option from the shipping methods box.

Your order will normally be dispatched within 24hrs of being placed, subject to stock availability and should arrive within 1-3 days. It may, however, on occasion take up to 7 days for delivery.

Returns

We comply with all distance selling regulations and you are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days. Faulty goods may be returned to Kiddies Kitchen for a full refund or replacement. Postage and packing charges will only be refunded in cases of faults or error on the part of Kiddies Kitchen Limited
